How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Vietnamaware Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Vietnamaware Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear from you. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Vietnamaware Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@vietnamaware.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
